Been a while since the last post and i decided to start off this one with all the fun and stuff that has been happening around in just words. Actually lots of exciting and interesting things that have had happened is without any photos but rather the sense of joy deep within and beautiful memories that left behind. Just like the night we have today and the moon which guide us along the way.
Today, my usual friends have gather for a meet up. They went to walk around in the afternoon and i joined during dinner, where we went for steamboat at bugis area. It’s just like what we used to do everytime, meet up, have a nice laugh and talk about the past and all. Sad to say, some have left but there is still friends that stay, truly. And i am very comfortable with them now. cheers! To be honest, actually in every of our meet up, we always have conversation bringing up friends we have got, those unfaithful ones, etc, digging up interesting topic that never fail to give us laugher. Remember a few years back, we were still schoolmates and classmates, never have we thought we mixed around with teachers. But today, our teacher cum friend, actually came down for us and join us for the wonderful night. He’s always been around, always inviting us to his house for Wii, movie, etc, adding some spark into our life. A really nice teacher cum friend we have got, staying as friend even after the teacher-student status has long gone, truthfully. This post is dedicated to him as well, Mr Adrian Tay :)
Went around deciding places to slack, and thus we came up with plans. Plan A, to try squeezing into Adrian’s car so that we can go other place. Plan B, to cab/drive to my house to get another vehicle. Turn out, we squeeze into his car and get to my house to get my vehicle. Imagining 7 people squeezing into it, we were in very uncomfortable position the whole journey, and it only add a bit of comfort by singing the way home. Once back, went up to get the key and we set off to west coast park. Bought double chocolate frappe, and went to the jetty, walk around some more and Adrian suggested going to Kent Ridge park. So we went up this slope, just two cars, round and round and found the way there. Considering, this is possibly the first time we have done so. The feeling is kind of new and with a little mixed of feeling. That is, we finally come into our 2nd phrase of life, we are growing up. Very soon, we are out going to work and making money. Will our memories became our reminisce? I don’t know, guess we can only go about the changes.
On the way back, i don’t know whether you guys have noticed, the moon was extremely clear, round and beautiful. It’s like a lady smiling to us and guiding us home. The legend surrounding the “lady living in the moon” dates back to ancient times, to a day where ten suns appeared once in the sky. The Emperor ordered a famous archer to shoot down nine extra suns. Once the task is accomplished, Goddess of Western Heaven rewarded the archer with a pill that would make him immortal. However, his wife found the pill, took it, and was banished to the moon as a result. Legend says that her beauty is the greatest on the day of moon festival, which is today, how amazing.
The moon is in her greatest beauty today, decided to spend it with my loved one. To remind myself that my life is rounded with love and happiness, always. Dear friends spend some time with your loved one as well, send messages to them, i am sure they would be contented to hear from you. Spread the love yo!
